Shipping rates

Minnesota orders $60 and over: free shipping. Minnesota orders under $60: $9 flat rate. Rest of the continental U.S.: $11 flat rate. Free local pickup at our St. Paul shop.

Processing & shipping days

Orders ship within 2 business days; we ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

Shipping area & ground delivery

Salt Residue Remover (all three sizes), Winter Defense Bundle, and Crew Pack ship by ground only. These products cannot be shipped by air. Continental U.S. only — we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Free local pickup

Local pickup is always free at SteamClean, 503 Cleveland Ave N, St. Paul, MN 55114, during business hours. Choose local pickup at Square checkout.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with Minnesota law. Orders picked up at our St. Paul shop are taxed at the St. Paul combined rate. Minnesota applies sales tax to delivery charges as well as goods.

Returns

Draft returns policy — owner confirmation required before publishing.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us before returning anything.
